The 2019/2020 RC4 Podium GT 140 VFF was tested in the men’s All-Mountain Traditional narrow category at Silver Mountain Resort by the experts at America's Best Bootfitters, powered by Masterfit.

The Gist

Testers said that the RC4 Podium GT 130 is an absolute powerhouse—in fact, it’s edge power and stability score was topped by only 3 other boots in the entire men’s test, regardless of category or width. Fischer brings Frontside power and accuracy to an All-Mountain application with the Podium GT—testers loved how deeply this boot drove their ski edge on hard snow. But they shed a few tears on entry and for their bony prominences, too. Like an exotic car with hard seats and a tricky clutch, but comes with 500 horsepower on tap. Testers said a Vacuum Full Fit molding job was on their dockets.
